All cylinders are bored to a maximum of 0.030, and new pistons, rings, wristpins, and bearings are added to enhance its performance. Moreover, we have freshly repainted the powerhead for a clean finish.

The gasket is included to make it ready for installation. The Remanufactured OBR / Mercury & Mariner 1993-2008 40/50/55/60 HP 3-CYL Baby L3 Powerhead comes with a limited one-year warranty that you can extend up to 24 months for $370. Learn more about the warranty policy and terms here.

There is no additional core charge. A core return label will be sent with the replacement powerhead, at which point the original powerhead can be returned for inspection. If the core passes inspection, a refund check of up to the core value amount listed above will be issued to the buyer; otherwise, the core will be scrapped and not returned.
